View case studyA mobile-first store with cash on delivery, Easypaisa and JazzCash integration, plus automated courier booking.
A Karachi retail group was drawing good traffic to its online store and losing most of it at the final step. Mobile visitors — the overwhelming majority — were abandoning at checkout. The store had been built on an international template that assumed card payment and a stable connection, neither of which matched the customer base.
The checkout was rebuilt around how Pakistan actually buys. Cash on delivery became a first-class option rather than an afterthought, with an order-confirmation step that cuts the fake and duplicate orders COD is prone to.
Alongside it we integrated JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer and card processing, so customers pay by whichever method they already trust. The form itself was cut to the fields genuinely required, with address entry simplified for how Pakistani addresses are actually written.
Courier APIs were connected for automatic booking, load-sheet generation and live tracking. Order fulfilment had been a manual spreadsheet job; it became a process the warehouse team runs from the admin panel, with tracking numbers pushed back to customers without anyone re-typing them.
Product and checkout pages were rebuilt to stay responsive on a mobile connection: compressed images sized for the device, deferred scripts, and a checkout that does not lose entered data if the connection drops mid-step. On a 3G connection the difference between a store that works and one that does not is usually a few hundred kilobytes.
Product schema, clean category architecture and generated sitemaps shipped with the build, so products became eligible for rich results in Google Pakistan rather than needing an SEO retrofit later. Category pages were written to rank, not merely to list.
Checkout abandonment on mobile fell sharply, and the operational load of processing orders dropped with it — the second saving being the one the client noticed first.
