Where is 4DEE Technologies based?
Our head office is at Mega Tower, Gulberg, Lahore. We deliver projects nationwide, including Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad and Bahawalpur.
Do you work with businesses outside Lahore?
Yes. The majority of our clients are outside Lahore. Most work is delivered remotely with video calls and shared project tracking, and we schedule on-site visits where a project genuinely needs them — such as photography, filming or staff training.
How much does a website cost in Pakistan?
It depends entirely on scope — a company profile, an online store and a custom application are very different pieces of work. We give you a fixed written quotation once we understand what you need, and that figure does not move later. Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will price it honestly.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. All projects include a support period after launch, and we offer monthly maintenance covering updates, security patching, backups, monitoring and content changes.
Will I own my website and source code?
Yes. On final payment, the source code, domain, hosting account and all project assets belong to you, with documentation. You are free to move them elsewhere at any time.
How long does a typical project take?
A business website usually takes three to five weeks, an e-commerce store six to ten weeks, and a custom application ten to sixteen weeks. Timelines are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
Yes. Project work is normally structured as an advance to begin, a milestone payment during development, and the balance on delivery. Hosting and retainer services are billed in advance for the agreed period.

How long does a web application take to build?
A focused internal tool typically takes 4–6 weeks. A larger customer-facing platform with payments and multiple user roles usually runs 10–16 weeks. We confirm the timeline in writing before starting.
How long before SEO shows results?
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic improvements for competitive terms typically take three to six months of consistent work.
Do you work with businesses outside Lahore?
Yes. We deliver projects for clients across Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and the rest of Pakistan, working remotely with scheduled on-site visits where needed.
Do you guarantee first position on Google?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does. Google does not sell or guarantee rankings. We commit to the work, the method and transparent reporting on real progress.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. On final payment the source code and all project assets are handed over to you, with documentation.
Can customers pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is included as standard, with an order confirmation step to reduce fake and duplicate orders.
Which payment gateways do you support?
We commonly integrate JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer workflows and card processing. If you already hold a merchant account we can integrate that directly.
Do you charge to migrate my existing website?
No. Migration of your website, databases, email and DNS is included free when you move hosting to us.
Is SSL included?
Yes. A free SSL certificate is installed on every hosting plan and renews automatically.
